Location:-  One of the religious place of India known as Birth place Of Goddess Sita PunauraDham which is located In the Sitamdhi City at PunauraDham of Bihar India.

HISTORY:-. PunauraDham Janki Mandir is also known as Naw Lakha Mandir as it was made by the Queen of Tikamgadh in 1910 A.D . At that time the temple construction cost was Nine(9) lakhs .That's why it's name is also another Nawlakhha Mandir .In present it's is mentioned under Bihar Tourism .

Belives:- As  there were many belives about Janaki Temple but the Many Purans Like Ramayana states that in past PunauraDham Falls in Mithla Rajya(Kingdom) of King Janak . During the time when mithila State had to face dryness due to no rainfall.For rainfall and to make the State Mithila again the land of production King Janak Started Cultivated the land from present PunauraDham With his golden plough sonat that time plough hit that buried pot which is Filled by the blood of saints buried by Ravan. At that time goddess Sita born from that pot as a girl child of Dharti Mata and at that time heavy rain occurs and it continues for 3 days .
